After a lifetime of baking with her Grandma and a celiac diagnosis in her 20s, our founder, Emma Christensen, has been passionate about gluten-free baking for over five years and loves being able to help others with food allergies enjoy occasions big and small.
Inspired by The Cookie Corner shop her family owned and operated in the skyways of Downtown Minneapolis way back when, Emma, alongside her soon-to-be sister-in-law, Ann, is thrilled to offer gluten-free and nut-free goods baked from scratch with love and lots of trial and error.
In accordance with Colorado Cottage Food Laws, please be advised that Rolorado Treats are produced in a home kitchen without regulatory oversight and may also contain common allergens. However, Rolorado Treats’ kitchen space is naturally gluten-free and tree-nut free due to household allergies.
